Itinerary

Tuesday 25 February - Depart Australia / arrive Las Vegas!

Our tour flight with Hawaiian Airlines departs Sydney this evening and travels all the way through to Las Vegas via Honolulu.

The flight is divided into two comfortable-length sectors, avoiding the normally grueling 14+ hours via LA or San Fran. Our sectors are: Sydney-to-Honolulu (10hrs 5min) followed by Honolulu-to-Las Vegas (5hrs 45min).

Wednesday 26th February - "An Evening with Ray Hadley"

Today we enjoy our first day in Las Vegas with a world of entertainment right on our doorstep! From the casinos to the resort pool and an endless list of international entertainment at the likes of The Sphere and much much more, the spectacular city of Las Vegas will leave you in awe.

This evening we enjoy an exclusive tour function starring our very special guest, the one and only Ray Hadley.

This fascinating evening offers the rare opportunity to enjoy the company of Ray as he shares many of his colourful career highlights plus the latest talk from across the modern Rugby League landscape. An evening not to be missed!

Thursday 27th February - Rugby League Launch Event

Relax and enjoy an easy start to the day this morning before venturing out to explore more of this amazing city.

This afternoon we board our private coach transfers to the Rugby League Las Vegas launch event (subject to confirmation of official schedule). Last year's launch event was a roaring success! You will be blown away by the dazzling lights and endless array of entertainment in this newly regenerated entertainment precinct in the traditional old-town Vegas, where last year the NRL & its superstar players took centre stage.

Our private coach transfers then return us to our hotel where the night is yours to take in all the excitement of Sin City along "The Strip" with your fellow travellers.

Friday 28th February - Optional Golf Day / or Free Time in Vegas

Today presents the ideal opportunity to enjoy Las Vegas' fabulous dining, shopping, gaming and endless entertainment. Or if you're more of a thrill-seeker why not take a 4-hour Grand Canyon helicopter tour!

For the golf enthusiasts, or those who simply enjoy driving a cart, today offers the chance for everyone to join our fantastic Las Vegas Golf Day!

Serious golfers will no doubt be keen to test their skills on our spectacular Las Vegas course, whilst the social golfers enjoy a fun-filled round. Bookings will be available closer to the date. Popular courses include Coyote Springs, Paiute, TPC Las Vegas, Cascata or Bear's Best.

Friday nights in Vegas are always some of the biggest and best. With the likes of U2 playing concerts at The Sphere in 2024 you can expect some of the world's most famous acts will be in residence once again. The entertainment options are endless.

Saturday 1st March - Rugby League Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium

Today's the day! The NRL season kicks off with a bang here in Las Vegas at the incredible Allegiant Stadium.

This will be a festival of rugby league action. In addition to the NRL double-header the day will feature a classic English Super League match-up Wigan v Warrington plus the Australian Jillaroos and England Women's.

• 1:30pm: English Super League: Wigan v Warrington
  
• 4:00pm: NRL: Canberra Raiders v New Zealand Warriors
  
• 6:00pm: Women’s International: Australian Jillaroos v England Women's
  
• 8:30pm: NRL: Penrith Panthers vs Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks

Our private coach transfers will take us from our hotel lobby direct to the stadium and back again at the conclusion of the match. Whether your team win, lose or draw, or even if you're team's not playing, we are all in for a very special and spectacular evening of Rugby League action!

Sunday 2nd March - Free Day in Vegas + Evening Flight to Honolulu

Today presents the opportunity to explore the corners of Vegas you'd still like to tick off. For the petrol heads nothing beats the annual Nascar event taking place today at Las Vegas Speedway (our staff can assist in pre-purchasing tickets).

Or why not try your hand at the incredible Top Golf mega-driving range with its state of the art climate-controlled hitting bays plus sports bar & restaurant. If shopping's more your fancy rest assured there's plenty of ways to spend your dollars on all of the world's leading fashion labels!

Our private transfers depart for Las Vegas Airport this afternoon ready for our 5:30pm flight to Honolulu. Upon touch down we again board our private transfers to our hotel on the beachfront in Waikiki where you can enjoy a nightcap with your many new friends before bunking down for a well deserved good night's sleep. Please note that Ray will not be joining us in Hawaii as he will be back home on air with his Morning Show.

Monday 3rd March - Wednesday 5th March - Beautiful Honolulu!

After an incredible time in Las Vegas it's time to enjoy the sun, sand and relaxed Hawaiian way-of-life in beautiful Honolulu. Our resort hotel is one of the best known properties in Hawaii with exceptional in-house dining, resort pool, bar and live entertainment. Venturing out day & night couldn't be easier with our hotel located right on the beachfront with all of Waikiki's best bars, restaurants and shopping right on our doorstep.

Waikiki is the ideal way to travel home and enjoy all the fun of socialising with all your new-found friends from the tour. Relax, swim, dine, party, enjoy life! An array of optional extra activities in Honolulu include the Pearl Harbour Visitor Center, island tours, dolphin watch & snorkelling, Luau cultural experiences and more.

Our flight home departs Honolulu International Airport on Wednesday at the ideal time of 12 noon.
